What is the return / exchange policy?

All sales are final and returns cannot be accepted at this time. If you happen to receive the wrong or size item by our error, please contact store@redstudioshollywood.com and we will be happy to assist you.

I don’t see the International Shipping option - what do I do?

International shipping will automatically appear once your country is selected in the address portion of the checkout page. Once your address is entered, the shipping option will update based on your shipping region & the weight of your items. If your experiencing issues with the international shipping option, please reach out to us at store@redstudioshollywood.com.

Why can’t I use the ‘Pickup at RSH’ option?

The Pickup option is exclusively offered to our onsite productions & guests, as Red Studios Hollywood is not open to the General Public. All onsite pickups require Preliminary Lot Access from the Production or Studio Personnel. Ordering from the Red Studios Hollywood Store does not grant Lot Access in any capacity. Refunds will not be issued to members of the Public that attempt to bypass this Security Protocol.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order for shipping. We do our best to fulfill every order as quickly as possible. Once the shipping carrier has the order in possession, please use the tracking number for updates. We cannot guarantee the shipping speed, however we will do our best to notify you of any carrier delays if they occur.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation including a tracking number from the shipping carrier. Use this code to track your order all the way to your doorstep!

Why was my order cancelled?

An order could be cancelled due to inventory issues or the provided payment method. If you find that your order was cancelled please contact store@redstudioshollywood.com and we will do our best to resolve.
